Effective: October 7, 2026. In short: I collect as little as possible, I never sell your data, and you can ask me to delete it anytime.
1. What I collect. When you message me: your name, contact (email, phone or Messenger) and project details. Automatically: pages visited, device and browser type via privacy-friendly counts (Cloudflare). The Shop uses Shopee affiliate links — Shopee handles your order and payment data under its own privacy policy.
2. Why I collect it (legal basis: your consent). To reply to you and to do the work you asked for. Contacting me means you agree to this. Traffic counts help me improve the site. I will never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
3. Cookies and third parties. Cloudflare keeps this site fast and safe. In the future this site may show ads (for example Google AdSense) — ad providers may use cookies for relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings anytime.
4. How long I keep it. Messages and project files are kept up to 2 years for records, then deleted. Ask anytime and I will delete yours earlier.
5. How I protect it. Reasonable safeguards (secure accounts, limited access, trusted providers). No method is 100% secure, but I treat your data like my own.
6. Your rights (R.A. 10173, Data Privacy Act of 2012). You may ask to see, correct, block or delete your data, to get a copy of it, or to object to its use. If I fail you, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph. To use any right, just email me below.
7. Children. This site is not for children under 13. If a child sent data, tell me and I will delete it right away.

8. Product pictures. The product pictures on this site are AI-generated illustrations made by me so the page looks nice — they are NOT the original seller photos. Always check the actual product photos, description and reviews on Shopee before buying.
